D. Scott Daniels was a judge for the Superior Court of Solano County in California. He was appointed by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in April 2005 to succeed James F. Moelk and was re-elected in 2012.[1][2] Daniels left office after retiring in 2024.[3]

Education

Daniels received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. from Whittier College.[2]

Career

2012 election

Daniels ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Daniels was automatically re-elected.[4]
