D. Stovall
Dennis J. Stovall was a judge of District 5C of Iowa. First appointed to the seat in 1995, he retired from the court on August 10, 2015. William Kelly was appointed to replace him. Stovall won his last retention election in 2014 for a term that was set to run until December 31, 2020.[1][2] [3]
Biography
Stovall graduated from Chicago State University with a bachelor's degree and then earned his J.D. from Drake University.[1]

Stovall was retained to the District 5C Court with 71.9 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]
