Dal Millington Lemmon (1887-1958) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Lemmon died on April 26th, 1958.

Judicial nominations and appointments

Ninth Circuit

Lemmon was nominated to the Ninth Circuit by President Dwight Eisenhower on April 6, 1954, to a new seat created by 68 Stat. 871; he was confirmed by the Senate on April 27, 1954, and received commission on April 29, 1954. He served the Ninth Circuit until his death on April 26, 1958.[1]

Northern District of California

Lemmon was nominated to the Northern District of California by President Harry Truman on January 17, 1947, to a seat vacated by Martin Welsh; he was confirmed by the Senate on February 5, 1947, and received commission on February 7, 1947. He served the Northern District of California until he was elevated to the Ninth Circuit on May 3, 1954.[1]
