Dale Cathell
Dale R. Cathell was a judge on the Maryland Court of Appeals, Maryland's highest court, from 1998 to 2008.
The court's name changed from the Maryland Court of Appeals to the Maryland Supreme Court, following a ballot initiative that voters approved in November 2022.[1]
Biography
Cathell served in the United States Air Force before attending the University of Maryland. He earned his law degree from the Mt. Vernon School of Law (now part of the University of Baltimore) in 1967 and was admitted to the bar.
