Dale Deese

Dale Deese is a judge on the 16B Judicial District in North Carolina. He was appointed by Republican Governor Pat McCrory on April 15, 2016, to replace Judge John B. Carter Jr.[1]
Biography
Deese received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1983 and a J.D. from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1989. His professional experience includes serving as the senior managing attorney at Pembroke Office of Legal Aid of North Carolina for over 23 years. He was also an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and Robeson Community College.[1]
