Elections for the Arizona State Senate took place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 26, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was May 28, 2014. Incumbent Ed Ableser was unopposed in the Democratic primary and defeated Dale Eames (I) in the general election. Jennifer Knepfler (L) filed to run but was removed from the ballot.[2][3][4][5]
