Dale Kooyenga (Republican Party) was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate, representing District 5. He assumed office in 2019. He left office on January 3, 2023.

Kooyenga (Republican Party) ran for election to the Wisconsin State Senate to represent District 5. He won in the general election on November 6, 2018.

Kooyenga is a former Republican member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing District 14 from 2011 to 2019. He did not file for re-election in 2018.

Biography

Kooyenga earned a bachelor's degree from Lakeland College and a master's degree from Marquette University. His professional experience includes working as a certified public accountant and owning a business. He played NCAA Division III basketball. He joined the United States Army in 2005 and served in Iraq. He obtained the rank of Captain in the United States Army Reserve and was awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Iraq.
