Biography
Dale Swanson was born in Mankato, Minnesota. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1979 to 1993. Swanson earned a high school diploma from Mankato East High School, a bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force Academy in 1979, and a graduate degree from the University of Idaho in 1995. His career experience includes working as a lead engineer in global navigation satellite systems modernization. He has been affiliated with the Institute of Navigation.[1]
