Winslow was first appointed to the Commission in March 2005.[1] He was named PSC chairman by Gov. Jack Markell (D) in July 2012.[2] He was reappointed by Gov. Markell to another five-year term in June 2015.[1]

Winslow retired after 30 years with the State of Delaware as the Chief of Legal Services at the Office of the Public Defender and is in private practice in Wilmington.[1] He is also a retired Colonel from the Delaware National Guard.[1] He and his wife, Linda, live in Wilmington.[1]

Delaware Public Service Commission (2005-Present)

Winslow was first appointed to the Commission in March 2005. His current term expires in June 2020.[1] He was named PSC chairman in July 2012.[3]

Delaware State Senate (1998-2002)

Winslow also served in the Delaware State Senate from 1998 to 2002 as a member of the Republican Caucus from the 4th Senatorial District. While there, he served on the Senate Energy and Transit Committee, Judiciary Committee, Highways and Transportation and the Joint Finance Committee.[1]
