Education
Cantrell received a B.S. in business in 1982 from the University of Central Oklahoma. In 1985, he received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.[3]
Career
Cantrell has served as assistant attorney general in Oklahoma, a law clerk to the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Oklahoma, and as a public defender in Tulsa and Oklahoma counties.[3]
