I am a young resident of Lewis County who wants to be the change in my community that I want to see. I, like many of my fellow citizens, have grown tired of the old guard of county government. It is time for some new blood to enter local government, someone who can bring fresh perspectives, and new ideas to the table. We need 21st century solutions for 21st century problems. I believe that I am the one who can get the job done.
  • Lewis County deserves a government that can manage taxpayer dollars responsibly and effectively. The last few years our county has been running in the red. This is not due to a lack of funds, but due to poor stewardship and corruption.
  • Hate has no home in Lewis County. With a rise in militant extremist activity happening across the county over the last few years, it is time the people of Lewis County have a serious conversation about how to keep these groups from threatening the safety of our citizens.
  • Housing is critical to bringing our communities out of poverty. Our county needs to invest in the development of affordable housing that is designed for households of all shapes and sizes. When housing is properly addressed we can more effectively work on other issues in our community, like economic development.
I am personally passionate about housing, civil rights, and weeding out the corruption in our local government.
Honesty, integrity, humility, and a desire to serve their community.
Introduce reasonable legislation, vote in line with the best interests of their constituents, and manage funds appropriately.
Robert Putnam's Bowling Alone. It gives a remarkable demonstration on America's declining participation in civic organizations, and how it leads to a decline in social capital, which leads to a lack of trust and unity among members of a given community.
Financial transparency and government accountability is crucial to a healthy, functioning democracy. What is done in the shadows must be brought to light.
