Damion McCullers (Democratic Party) is a judge for District 10F Seat 2 of the North Carolina 10th Judicial District. He assumed office in 2021. His current term ends on December 31, 2028.

McCullers (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for the District 10F Seat 2 judge of the North Carolina 10th Judicial District. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.

McCullers was appointed to the court on April 13, 2021, by Gov. Roy Cooper (D) following the disqualification of the 2020 election winner.[1]

Biography

McCullers earned his bachelor’s degree from North Carolina Central University and his J.D. from Campbell University’s Norman A. Wiggins School of Law. He has worked as an assistant district attorney and district court arbitrator in Wake County. He has also been in private practice for 15 years.[1]
