Education
Hopkins received a bachelor's degree in political science from Allegheny College and a J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.[2]
Career
Hopkins is an attorney in private practice. He runs his own law practice. Previously, he was a deputy district attorney for Erie County.[2]
