Dan Boucher

Daniel A. Boucher was a district court judge for the 12th District Court in Montana. Boucher retired November 9, 2018.[1]
Education
Boucher earned his B.A. in 1980 and his J.D. in 1984 from the University of Montana.[2][3]
Career
Before his appointment to the 12th District, Boucher worked as a regional deputy public defender and practiced law in Havre. He also served part-time as deputy county attorney for Hill County.[2]
2012 election
Boucher was retained with 81.06 percent of the vote on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
