Dan Eubanks was born in Hicksville, Ohio. After growing up in Arkansas, Eubanks graduated from North Little Rock Notheast High School in 1988.[1][2]

Eubanks went on to earn a degree in commercial photography from Kilgore College in 1991 and a degree in business finance from the University of Arkansas in 1994. He has also participated in summer study courses for German, Spanish and international marketing and completed master's work in theology.[1]His career experience includes working as a minister.[3]

Elections for the Mississippi House of Representatives took place in 2015. A primary election was held on August 4, 2015. The general election took place on November 3, 2015. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 27, 2015.[4] Harold D. Harris was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Dan Eubanks defeated incumbent Gene Alday and Julian Chandler Bramlett in the Republican primary. Eubanks defeated Harris in the general election.

I am a husband, father, and former business owner. I have served as a pastor for the last 18 years in addition to representing district 25 in the Mississippi House of Representatives for the last 8 years. I have been married to my wife Corey for the last 24 years and we have a 15 year old son. I am a Constitutional, conservative, Christian who believes in the founding principles and documents of our great Republic. I will always champion the values of human life (regardless of age) along with the freedom and liberty that each and every life deserve. I am a fiscal conservative, and have fought hard these last 8 years for smaller government and lower taxes.
  • Secure out borders. A nation is only as sovereign as its borders. With 100,000 Americans a year dying of Chinese fentanyl which is crossing our southern border, the mass crossings of hundreds of thousands of bad actors from nations like China and the middle east (and who mean to do our nation harm), and the level of human trafficking that has followed in the wake of millions of illegals...it is our greatest national security threat which exists today.
  • We must reign in our national debt. With $34 trillion in debt and growing exponentially every year, along with almost $200 trillion in unfunded liabilities, we are headed for an economic collapse which will destroy our country. We must balance the budget.
  • The woke, socialist, gender confused agenda that has swept through our government, its institutions, and our educational institutions must be addressed. Objective truth is not relative and the Constitution does not allow for the stripping of one individuals rights to further an agenda of another's.
I am an ardent supporter and defender of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and fight to protect all of our freedoms and liberties when government at all levels start to encroach or chip away at them.
Jesus Christ, my parents, Ronald Reagan, and our nation's founding fathers. I try to live a self-less and servant hearted life, and always strive to make this nation and world a better place. Most of the people I look up to have lived their lives for others and ideals greater than themselves.

Debt, Border Protection, Weaponized Justice System, Defense of our Constitutionally protected Freedoms and Liberties
I support term limits, and have signed a term limits pledge. It was never our founding fathers intent for individuals to go and remain in office for a lifetime. Our federal agencies need term limits as well, as the administrative state is where most of the power in our nation resides. Pushing one without the other, would create even more problems.
The US Senate and its make up, puts every state on a level playing field when it come to representation. It is the check and balance to our system of government between itself and the House. It is also the institution that confirms many key positions (i.e. heads of agencies, judges, etc.) throughout our government which directly affects our citizens quality of life and freedoms.
Experience in government is always a benefit, as with experience with any job. I do not believe however that they should go and stay there for 30, 40, or 50 years as many have done.
I believe that it can be a necessary and much needed tool when bad legislation is proposed. As with any tool, it can always be abused, but that is no reason to do away with it.

I will work to build a coalition of like minded Senators and US Reps so that we can shepherd good legislation and kill bad legislation through both chambers.
Some compromise in life is always necessary to advance society and keep the peace, but too much compromise can lead to an individual or nation's downfall. There are some items I will never compromise on, and some that I am willing to give concessions.
Often and thoroughly and in a nonpartisan fashion. A lack of accountability always breeds evil. It is up to our Congress and Senate to be the watchmen over corruption, graft, and unconstitutional behavior.
I have been endorsed by the NRA, Mississippi Right to Life, Prolife Mississippi, Have the highest conservative rating of anyone currently serving in Mississippi as ranked by the American Conservative Union, and am rated as the only "Verified Conservative" in the race by the American Family Association and iVoter.com.
What does their life's body of work display when it comes to protecting and defending our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and American way of life.
Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, Energy and Natural Resources, Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, Armed Services, Founding Budget
They should be vigorous, thorough, and findings accessible by all. The government has nothing to give that it doesn't first take from someone else. Every American tax paying citizen is due a high level of accountability.

It is all about the checks and balances built into our form of government. The Governor is the last check for legislation passed before it becomes law. I believe the two should work together whenever possible to advance the interests of the state and its residents, but there should be clear separation as to roles. Our founding fathers intended the three branches of government to work in conjunction with each other, but also to act as a check on each other and their powers granted.

A gentleman who's grandfather was taking his young mother to make her have an abortion when she got pregnant with him, when she jumped from the car and ran off because she didn't want to end his life. He is alive today and making a big impact in those around him because of the actions of his mother.

They should definitely oversee. Letting the Governor have carte blanche authority to invoke emergency powers and them keep them in place indefinitely is wrong. There should be approval from the legislature to extend every 30 days.
