Dan Goldner
Dan Goldner is a member of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission. Gov. Chris Sununu nominated Goldner in April 2021, to fill the vacancy created by Michael Giaimo's resignation in October 2020. The New Hampshire Executive Council confirmed his nomination on May 5, 2021, and he assumed office that day.[1]
Biography
Before joining the public utilities commission, Goldner was the president of Windmill Farm, LLC. He worked at Texas Instruments for the majority of his career, from 1988 to 2020. From 2010 to 2020, he was the manging director of research and development at Texas Instruments.[2]
Goldner received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University in 1988 and an M.B.A. in 1993 from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.[2]

Goldner joined the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission on May 10, 2021, after the New Hampshire Executive Council confirmed his nomination.[3]
