Dan Lewis is a member of the Albuquerque City Council in New Mexico, representing District 5. He assumed office on January 1, 2022. His current term ends on December 31, 2025.
Lewis is running for re-election to the Albuquerque City Council to represent District 5 in New Mexico. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 4, 2025.[source]
Lewis was a nonpartisan candidate for mayor of Albuquerque in New Mexico. Lewis was defeated in the runoff election on November 14, 2017.
In 2012, Lewis was a Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District of New Mexico. He withdrew from the race following the results of the Republican pre-primary convention.[1]
Biography
Lewis' professional experience includes working as the executive vice president of Desert Fuels. He was the founding pastor of Soul Rio Community Church.[2]
