Linebaugh received his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University and his J.D. degree from the South Texas College of Law.[5]
Career
At the time of his candidacy, Linebaugh worked as a personal injury attorney at his firm of The Linebaugh Law Firm in Baytown, Texas.[6]
