Dan Mills
Dan Mills was a judge of the 424th District Court in Texas.[1] Mills ran for re-election to the court in 2014, but was defeated in the primary by Evan Clay Stubbs.[2][3]

Mills was re-elected to the district court after running unopposed.
Education
Mills received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law School.[5]
Career
At the time of his appointment to the bench, Mills had been an assistant United States attorney for the Western District of Texas, Austin division for 18 years. He also served as an assistant attorney general for Texas and assistant city attorney for Austin.[5]
