Dan P. O'Hanlon is temporarily appointed to the Sixth Judicial Circuit, which presides over Cabell County in West Virginia October of 2023 by Chief Justice Elizabeth D. Walker to replace Judge Chris Chiles after his retirement.
He is a former West Virginia Circuit Court judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, comprised of Cabell County, West Virginia.[1] He retired effective October 31, 2010.[2]
