Dan Regan
Dan Regan is a judge of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. His current term ends in 2026.
Regan is running for re-election for judge of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He is on the ballot in the retention election on November 4, 2025.[source]
Education
Regan received his undergraduate degree from New York University and his J.D. from Yeshiva University Cardozo School of Law.[1]
Career
Regan has served as a solicitor for the City of Pittsburgh since 2009. In this position, he helped create the city’s Nuisance Property Task Force. After graduating law school, Regan served as a law clerk at the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He then became an assistant district attorney in Allegheny County, a prosecutor for the City of Pittsburgh, and a private attorney with Caputo & Caputo, P.C. He rejoined Caputo, Caputo & Regan, P.C. in 2014. Additionally, he serves as special counsel to the Office of the District Attorney.[1]
