Biography
Dan Sikes was born in Lafayette, Indiana. Sikes served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 2001 to 2003. He earned a high school diploma from Harrison High School, an associate degree from the Ivy Tech in 2013, a bachelor's degree from Rasmussen University in 2015, and a graduate degree from Purdue University in 2021. Sikes' career experience includes working as an office manager.[1]

|I am very passionate for equal & Civil Rights and love being a part of the LQBTQ+ community. I also want to see Indiana continue to grow, but keep the agriculture & environment healthy here as well.
In my free time, I like to go to the gym and hang out with my mini-schnauzer, Gabbie.- Our education system is being weaponized. Indiana ranks near the bottom of the U.S. on education rates. We must do better to help the next generation. I'm all for elevating education and enabling everyone for a brighter future.
- By prioritizing rural development and environmental stewardship, we can work with resilient rural communities by fostering sustainable, eco-friendly practices.
- The LGBTQ+ community is a target for a lot of recent bills. We need to speak up for our fellow human and ensure everyone has fair and equal rights.
