Dana J. Kenworthy is a judge of the Indiana Court of Appeals 2nd District. She assumed office on January 17, 2023. Her current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Gov. Eric Holcomb (R) appointed Kenworthy to the appellate court on December 21, 2022, to replace Derek Molter.[1]

Kenworthy previously served as a judge for the Superior Court of Grant County in Indiana. She joined the court at the approval of the Indiana Supreme Court in 2010 after Randall Lee Johnson retired due to illness. She left to join the appellate court.[2]

Biography

Kenworthy received a B.A. in psychology and criminal justice from Ball State University in 1998 and a law degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2001.[2]

Prior to joining the superior court in 2010, she was a Grant County deputy prosecutor from 2001 to 2010.[2]
