Zavorka's campaign website stated the following:

Position Paper 1

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness

July 4th, 1776, our founding fathers instituted the system in which we are governed. But we have shifted away from our most basic principles, liberty is currently under attack and is slowly being ripped away. It started as a slow trickle, mask mandates, followed by shut downs, and it progressively worsened until we got to the unconstitutional vaccine mandate.

I’m sure we’ve all heard the stories of people getting unjustly fired because they refuse to take the jab—regardless of a medical, religious, or conscientious objection. I preferred to live in the bubble of “oh, that can never happen to me” …until it did.

On November 8, 2021 I was given the ultimatum, take the jab, or lose the job. Earlier in October my job mandated the vaccine but offered both medical and religious exemptions. I filed my exemption as soon as possible, so I would not have to succumb to their erroneous policies. It was then, on November 8, when I was called in for a meeting which lasted all of seven minutes. It was in this meeting when they told me that my exemption was allegedly accepted, but there was no reasonable accommodation that could be made for me to keep my job. I was then told that starting in December I would be put on a 35-day unpaid leave of absence unless I caved to their mandate.

It was then when I realized that my education status didn’t matter, my bachelor’s degree nor my ACVREP certification didn’t matter, my livelihood didn’t even matter. The fact that I am un-vaccinated was all they cared about; I was unworthy to keep my job. I had vaccine exemptions since kindergarten for various reasons, and I most certainly am not changing my views now. I am walking away from my job and fighting back for all those people affected by the mandate.

When you read further into the preamble of the Declaration of Independence, we see that it reads:

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

It seems like many of our governmental officials have forgotten that we, the people, have every right to take our rights back. Our government has become tyrannical and we need to fight before we lose what few rights we have left. They have taken away our unalienable rights one at a time. We no longer have the liberty to make our own choices. We no longer have control of our own lives and thus, we begin to lose the happiness we were once granted.

Where will you draw the line? When will enough be enough? We need to stand up and fight back to secure our rights as freedom loving individuals. We need to work towards building a better government.

Position Paper 3

In 1787, James Madison wrote “[to] secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.” This phrase comes from the Constitution of the United States, a document that has been attacked in recent years. The preamble of the Constitution grants the rights of liberty, not only to ourselves, but to our future generations. How can this promise of liberty be granted when many people are so quick to deny these rights to a child not yet born into this world?


In 1973 the infamous case of Roe v. Wade paved the way to make it legal to abort precious life. Since then, approximately 62.5 million babies have lost their lives due to this court case. Does “liberty” not include life? In fact, the writers of the Declaration of Independence argue that life and liberty go together hand in hand. This life and liberty are to be granted, not only to us, but to all our future generations, which include the unborn children.


Many people are so quick to argue women’s rights in cases like abortion. But the argument is not about what rights belong to a woman, but what rights belong to the baby. At conception, the question of “rights” belongs to the child, the right to life belongs to the child. It does not belong to the individual seeking the abortion. Abortion is simply an act of selfishness with no concern for the defenseless babies.


Recently in Texas, the heartbeat bill was passed. This indeed is a step in the right direction, however, there are thousands of babies losing their lives every day, and it’s about time we put an end to it. We need to speak up for the innocent lives that cannot speak up for themselves. It’s time we ban abortions across all 50 states and protect God’s precious children.

10th amendment and what it should means to Texans


“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

How many powers are delegated to the federal government from the Constitution?

Take an opportunity to look at Article 1 section 8, the federal government is limited, at least constitutionally. Over the years it has usurped powers to which it really has no rights. The federal government keeps growing. In recent years, government has grabbed more power under the disguise of national emergencies.

Under Bush, the Patriot Act stripped away much of our freedoms of privacy. Under the Obama administration, the Obama Care act made us servants of a socialist healthcare systems with fines for those that did not comply.

One congressman stated a few years ago that if the government hadn’t doubled under Bush and then doubled under Obama, we could fund that government, of the Clinton era, without income taxes, through constitutionally acceptable, “duties, import and excise” taxes.

Do we really need to genuflect to a federal government mandate that is making big Pharma richer at the rate of $1000/second? Really?

It is time for our state government to more aggressively protect our freedoms. It is time for representatives to go to Washington and simply say, “NO”.

Congressman Ron Paul from Galveston area was lovingly called Dr. No because he voted against any bill that would usurp citizen rights. He had the right idea and we need more in congress with that mindset. We cannot let the 10th amendment be trodden on.

Invasion at our Borders: Position Paper 4

General Flynn recently stated that more than 3 million individuals have entered the United States illegally since Biden took office.


These individuals are not just refuges from South and Central America, rather they come from 151 different counties. These individuals are not coming into the United States because they simply love the country or want better opportunities. They are coming to disrupt and destroy the American way.

Biden pulled troops out of Afghanistan in an untimely manner, thus giving away our military bases, military equipment, and munitions to the Taliban. Do we really think the Taliban is leaving this equipment alone? Do we honestly believe that they are not taking advantage of Biden’s mistake? There is an open invite through the south and the Taliban now has the equipment to more readily invade.

We MUST complete the wall. We MUST protect our borders. And we MUST hold Biden accountable for his actions against the American people.[2]
