A Dane County Marijuana Advisory Question was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Dane County. It was approved.
This measure asked county residents if they wanted the state to legalize marijuana. The question was an advisory question, so it had no binding effect on the state. Dane was the first county in the state to ask the government to consider legalizing marijuana.[1]
