Danelle Liwski appointed to Pima Superior Court
April 11, 2011
Arizona: Last week, Governor Jan Brewer appointed Danelle B. Liwski to the Pima County Superior Court. Of the appointment, the Governor said, "I am proud to appoint Danelle Liwski to serve as Pima County’s newest superior court judge. Given her exceptional career thus far, I am confident she will serve Pima County well.”[1]
Liwski has most recently served as a juvenile hearing officer for the Pima County court, beginning in 2003. Prior to that, she served as a federal and county prosecutor.
The new judge will not have to stand for retention until the 2014 general election.[2]
