Daniel Arthur Hathaway
Daniel Arthur Hathaway was a judge of the 3rd Circuit Court in Michigan. He was elected to the court on November 4, 2008, for a six-year term ending on January 1, 2015.[1] On November 4, 2014, Hathaway was re-elected unopposed for another six-year term.[2]
Education
Hathaway received his B.A. from San Francisco State University in 1976 and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego in 1979.[3]
Career
Hathaway began his career in 1979 as a practicing attorney with the law firm of Hathaway & Hathaway. In 1993, he became a managing partner of that firm. He worked in that capacity until his election to the 3rd Circuit Court in 2008.[3]
