Daniel B. Merritt, Sr.
Daniel B. Merritt, Sr. was an administrative judge of Hernando County, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He served on the court from 1997 until he reached the state's mandatory retirement age and his term expired on January 7, 2013.[1][2]
His son, Daniel B. Merritt, Jr. is also a judge on the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court.[3]
