Daniel Borowski is a judge of the Sheboygan County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. He was appointed by Republican Governor Scott Walker on May 27, 2016, to replace Judge James Bolgert, and he took office on August 1, 2016.[1]

Biography
Borowski received a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His professional experience includes working as an attorney in private practice. His firm represented local governments in labor and employment cases, and also focussed on litigation and risk management.[1]

Wisconsin held local judicial elections in 2017. Forty-eight circuit court seats were up for election on April 4, 2017. Three seats required primaries on February 21, 2017, with the top two vote recipients for each seat advancing to the April 4 general election. Thirty-seven seats up for election in 2017 were unopposed.[2] Incumbent Daniel Borowski ran unopposed in the general election for the Branch 5 seat on the Sheboygan County Circuit Court.
