Daniel Cronin
Daniel Cronin was a Republican member of the Illinois State Senate. Cronin represented district 21 from 1993-November 30, 2010. He resigned after winning election as DuPage County Board Chairman.
Cronin graduated from Loyola-Chicago in 1981 with his Bachelor's degree and his Law Degree from Northwestern in 1985. In addition to being a full-time Senator, Cronin is a practicing Attorney.

On November 4, 2008, Republican Daniel Cronin won re-election to the Illinois State Senate District 21 receiving 64,062 votes, ahead of Democrat A. Ghani (30,771 votes) and John Basco (6,628 votes).[2]
