Daniel Duncan was a judge for the Twenty-Ninth Judicial District of the District Courts in Kansas. He was re-elected on Nov. 6, 2012 for a term that expired on December 31, 2016.[1]
Education
Duncan received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Kansas.[2]
Elections

Duncan ran unopposed for election to the Twenty-Ninth Judicial District.[3] On Nov. 6, 2012, he was re-elected to his seat after earning 97.9 percent of the vote with 34,551 votes. He ran in the election as a Democrat.[1]
