Daniel E. Hartigan is a resident judge of the Fourth Circuit in Jasper County, Illinois. He was elected in 2006. He was retained in 2012 for a term that expires in 2018.[1][2]

Education

Hartigan received his B.S. degree (Business Administration) from Villanova University in 1973 and his J.D. degree from the DePaul University School of Law in 1977.[2]

Hartigan was retained on Nov. 6, 2012 with 75.2 percent of the vote.[3][4]
