Daniel "Dan" Eisenstein was a judge for the Davidson County General Sessions Court, Division II in Tennessee. He was elected to this position in 2004. In 2006, he was re-elected to a term which ended in 2014.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Eisenstein received his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1970. He went on to earn a master's degree in special education from Vanderbilt University - Peabody College in 1972. He then graduated from Memphis State Law School in 1977.

Prior to his legal career, he worked as a bookstore manager, as a real estate agent, and for the State Department of Mental Health.[2]

Career

Eisenstein worked as an attorney in the general practice of law for 27 years before joining the general sessions court. Prior to his judicial election, he was a principal in the Law Office of Eisenstein, Moses & Mossman.[2]
