Daniel G. Barrett is a multi-bench judge for the County, Family and Surrogate's courts of Wayne County, New York. He was elected to this position on November 3, 2009, and took office in 2010. He also serves as an Acting Justice on the Wayne County Supreme Court.[1][2][3]

Barrett received his J.D. degree from Albany Law School.[1]
Career
Barrett began his judicial career in 1999 as a justice for the Newark Village Court. He worked in that position until 2010. He was also a justice for the Arcadia Town Court from 2008 to 2010. He became a County Court judge in 2010.[1]
