Daniel Joseph Kanner is a judge for the Broward County Court in Broward County, Florida. He was appointed to the court by Governor Rick Scott on August 4, 2014, to fill the vacancy created by the elevation of Judge Edward H. Merrigan Jr. to the Seventeenth Circuit Court.[1]
