Incumbent David Borden and incumbent Tom Sherman were unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Daniel M. Hughes and Raymond Tweedie were unopposed in the Republican primary. Borden, Sherman, Hughes and Tweedie faced off in the general election.[1] Incumbent Democrats Borden and Sherman defeated their Republican challengers Hughes and Tweedie in the general election.[2]
