Daniel McCullough
Daniel McCullough was a judge of the New York Court of Claims and the New York County Supreme Court. In 2010, he was appointed to the court of claims by Gov. David Paterson (D) and the supreme court by Chief Administrative Judge Ann T. Pfau.[1] McCullough retired from the bench in May 2017 after the New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found that he had "failed to uphold the integrity and independence of the judiciary by failing to maintain high standards of conduct."[2] The commission was investigating McCullough's handling of a three-year medical leave.[2]
