Daniel P. Fitzgerald is a certificated justice for the New York County Supreme Court, Criminal Term in the 1st Judicial District of New York. He was appointed an Acting Justice of this court in 1998. He has been certificated since 2012.[1][2]

Fitzgerald received his law degree from Fordham University Law School.[1]
Career
Fitzgerald was appointed a New York City Criminal Court judge in 1981. In 2002, he was reappointed to an eight-year term in this position. Since 1998, he has served as an acting justice of the New York County Supreme Court.[1]
