Biography
Education
Palmer received his B.A. in history from the University of Michigan in 1986 and his J.D. degree from Wayne State University in 1989.[1]
Career
Before his election to the 32A Judicial District Court, Palmer worked as an attorney in private practice and served as the mayor pro tem of the City of Harper Woods. He also previously served on the city council from 2001 to 2014.[1]
