Ticknor ran in the 2012 election for Oregon House District 44. Ticknor was defeated by Michael Harrington in the Republican primary on May 15. Incumbent Tina Kotek (D) ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2][3]
