|- I support public education. By investing in our public education system, we invest in the future of our community
- Teacher recruitment and retention is not about salary alone. The financial landscape is ever-changing, and educators today face increasing challenges that impact their ability to remain in the profession. Beyond pay, we must create an environment that supports work-life balance, professional growth , and overall job satisfaction.
- As our district's needs grow in scale and complexity, our responsibility is clear: every dollar must drive student success and sustain our schools. We need a transparent, outcomes -driven financial approach that aligns spending with impact. This should include independent audits to ensure alignment with outcomes, sustaining core operations while prioritizing student impact and smart reallocation toward student and teacher-centered resources when needed.
