Danny currently leads the operations and accounting departments for a hedge fund, Concise Capital Management. Danny also voices analysis and opportunities on the marketing and research teams. Previously, Danny served as the Portfolio Accountant at Wallington Asset Management in Indianapolis, Indiana. Danny was responsible for reconciling $750 Million in assets every day. Danny holds two Bachelor's of Science degrees from Purdue University, in accounting and management.
I see countless politicians campaign one way and vote the complete opposite. I will hold them responsible for their campaign promises. i will fight every day to reduce the size and scope of government, and protect the people from federal tyranny.
Vote the way you campaign, stand up for what you believe, and always take the time to listen to your constituents.
I believe we need to institute Term Limits in the House and Senate. 3 terms in the House and 2 terms in the Senate.
The Senate represents the interests of the States, and the House represents the interests of the people. The goal was that only legislation that was in the interests of the States and the people would pass.
I believe private sector and real world experience outweighs government experience.
The filibuster is a vital part of protecting the citizens from One Party rule.
What is their private sector experience and how will they follow the Constitution.
Do they believe in the U.S. Constitution as the Founders intended it and will they follow it.
It depends on the compromise. As long as you do not compromise your principles.

Candidate Connection

Danny Niederberger completed Ballotpedia's Candidate Connection survey. The survey questions appear in bold and are followed by Niederberger's responses.

What would be your top three priorities, if elected?

My top three priorities are: 1) Rights of the Unborn 2) Government Debt 3) 2nd Amendment

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I am passionate about every single one of the pillars I am running on: Rights of the Unborn, Government debt, 2nd amendment, Term limits, and Education.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

I believe honesty and communication are the most important characteristics for an elected official. It is crucial for an elected official to have the ability to effectively communicate the honest facts and statistics about proposed legislation regardless of how it effects the chances of being reelected.

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

A successful officeholder will have a strong work ethic and will be dependable, flexible, and honest. Work Ethic. I have a reputation for being the first person in the office and one of the last people to leave the office. Dependability. I have never missed a deadline for a project or paper. Flexibility. I constantly have to re-prioritize different tasks as new projects come across my desk. Honesty. I will admit when I am at fault for a mistake in my work.

What legacy would you like to leave?

My legacy would be to set an example to the citizens of my district, my state, and the United States of the high standards and civility that an elected official should conduct themselves before, during, and after the holding office.

If you are not a current representative, are there certain committees that you would want to be a part of?

Budget Committee. I repaid nearly $20,000 in student loans in 12 months after graduating from Purdue University while also living on my own by adhering to a strict budget. Financial Services Committee. Ever since graduating from Purdue University, I have spent my entire career in the Financial Services industry. Small Business Committee. I have spent my entire career working at small companies, less than 20 employees. Joint Economic Committee. I have spent my entire career working at investment firms and analyzing potential investments. Joint Committee on Taxation. I studied Tax Accounting at Purdue University, sat for the Tax portion of the CPA exam, and self prepared my individual income tax returns every year.

What are your thoughts on term limits?

Term limits is one of my core principles of my campaign. I believe The U.S. House and U.S. Senate should both be limited to two terms.
