Biography
Darcie Houck earned an M.S. in community development and a J.D. from the University of California at Davis. Houck's career experience includes working as chief counsel with the California Energy Commission, an administrative law judge with the California Public Utilities Commission, a partner with Fredericks Peebles & Morgan, and staff counsel and a policy advisor with the California Energy Commission.[1]
