- I am not a politician. Born and raised in the first district of Lexington, KY, I am a committed community activist who understands politics and legislation, as well as the job I am signing up for and the specific and deeply rooted challenges my community faces.
- Although I lack a political resume in comparison to the other candidates, I would not be running for office if I was not confident in properly filling the position. I have many of the connections the other candidates have downtown, and many more connections outside of our mutual connections that add value beyond measurement that I plan to exploit. My approach to conquering the challenges we face as a district is more proactive than reactive with a focus on building genuine and trustworthy bridges.
- Win or lose, my campaign to strengthen communities in multiple ways will continue. There's a lot of hard work that needs to be done in order to see the conditions of our broken communities improve. I can't do it alone. Your vote would be nice, but your support would be a blessing to myself, yourself, and many others in need throughout the 1st District of Lexington, KY, and beyond.
