Darrell Cherf was a member of the Merced City School District school board in California, representing Area 1. He left office in 2016.

Cherf ran for re-election to the Merced City School District school board to represent Area 1 in California. He won in the general election on November 4, 2014.

The election in Merced City featured three seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. There was no primary election.

Incumbents Darrell Cherf, Adam Cox and Jessica Kazakos from Trustee Areas 1, 3 and 5, respectively, were up for re-election. Cherf and Kazakos ran unopposed and won re-election. Cox ran against challenger Priya Lakireddy and won re-election to the Trustee Area 3 seat.

Results

This election was canceled due to lack of opposition. Darrell Cherf from Trustee Area 1 won re-election by default.[1]

Funding

As of October 31, 2014, there were no campaign finance reports available on the Merced County Registrar of Voters website for Cherf.[2]
