Darrell Missey was a judge on the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri. He was elected on November 4, 2014 and re-elected on November 3, 2020.[1][2] Missey previously served as an associate circuit court judge on the court from 2003 through 2014.[3][4] He resigned from the court in January 2022 after being selected as the director of the Children's Division of Missouri's Department of Social Services.[5]
Education
Missey received his undergraduate degree from Truman State University in 1989. He earned his J.D. from St. Louis University in 1992.[6][4]
Career
Missey was an associate judge on the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court before being elected to a full judgeship in 2014. Before becoming an associate judge, Missey was a partner at the Wegmann Law Firm from 1992 until 2002.[4]
