Darrell Goodhue was a senior judge of the Court of Appeals of Iowa. He was appointed as a district judge in District 5A in 1986.[1] He retired in February of 2012 but stayed on as a senior judge for the court of appeals.[2]

Biography and Education

Goodhue was born in Carlisle, Iowa. He received his undergraduate degree from Simpson College in 1962 and his law degree from Drake University in 1964. He also served in both the U.S. Army Reserve and the U.S. Navy Reserve. As of 2012, he was married and had four children.[1]

Career

Before his judicial appointment, Goodhue worked as a general practice lawyer, a Warren County attorney and an Indianola city attorney.[1]
