Darrell Clarke (Democratic Party) was a member of the Philadelphia City Council in Pennsylvania, representing District 5. Clarke assumed office on January 3, 2000. Clarke left office on January 1, 2024.

Biography
Clarke first began working in Philadelphia's municipal government as a constituent service representative for Councilman John F. Street. He later oversaw the 5th District's legislative, housing and economic development initiatives.[1]
