Darrell Maurice Auxier is a judge for the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Indiana. He was first elected on November 6, 2012, effective in January of 2013.[1]

Education

Auxier received his Bachelor of Science from Ball State University. He received his J.D.from Indiana University's Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana.[2]

Career

Auxier worked in private practice in Indiana from 1983 until his 2012 judicial election. He practiced with William Edward Jenner throughout that time and was most recently a senior partner with Jenner, Auxier & Pattison.[3]

2012 election

Auxier ran unopposed in the 2012 general election. He defeated fellow Democrat William A. (Bill) Gray in the May 8, 2012 primary, and received 100 percent of the vote in the general election.[4][5]
