Darwin R. Poulsen was a Utah Fourth Judicial District judge for Utah County, Utah for the Highland Justice Court and the Alpine Justice Court.[1] Poulsen also served as a justice court judge for the Bluffdale Justice Court in the Utah Third Judicial District. He retired in April 2014.[2]
